  • Assessment: A full assessment is conducted of current fitness levels and movement capability along with the identification of weaknesses, potential barriers or limiting factors. This allows for a solid foundation on which a personalised programme can be built.

    Structured Workouts: At Aspire we don’t just hand out generic workout plans. All workouts are designed specifically for you, every exercise is carefully selected and adapted to enhance your progress and motivation.

    Personalised Programme(s): All programmes are based on your individual needs which include fitness level, preferences, lifestyle, schedule, and of course your goals. So you can rest assured that you’ll be on the right track to your aspirations.

    Goal-Based Training: Programmes and training are aligned to your goals. Setting measurable and achievable targets throughout helps motivate and guide you through your journey.

    Regular Support, Tracking and Guidance: Access to an online tracking portal and tools, allowing you and your coach to monitor and track your progress, key performance indicators, and general improvements over time. We can regularly make the necessary adjustments needed to keep you on the track.
